Due to a recent visa reform (legislative Instrument LIN16/016) announced by the Department of Home Affairs, from 1 July 2024, UCA will be unable to accept applications from visa holders who are currently onshore with the following visas:
o Subclass 485 (Temporary Graduate)
o Subclass 600 (Visitor)
o Subclass 601 (Electronic Travel Authority)
o Subclass 602 (Medical Treatment)
o Subclass 651 (eVisitor)
o Subclass 988 (Maritime Crew)
Any onshore applicant who is currently holding above visas and planning to lodge application to us on or after 1 July 2024 will not be issued an offer. UCA Team will continue to process with the current admission requirements for any existing applications and applications lodged before 1 July 2024.
